I needed a replacement for my Wii's power supply, and chose this one due to the price. The power supply caused interference with the signal to the television, distorting the picture.
This one went right in the trash can, and I got a replacement directly from Nintendo, which worked fine.
Don't waste your money on this.

The Wii is turning off about two times a minute while playing games. I think it is the power adaptor. I am going to try another adaptor.

this thing is truely junk, dont waste your time!! if u only use your wii more than once a month this thing will burn out so fast, mine lasted 2 days! spring for the quality ones as these r cheap quality crappily constructed junk! the solder job on the connections is worthless, my dog could have done a better job!

The power cord was sent very quickly to the Wii allowing us to enjoy playing the games and watch Netflix directly on the TV. Great product!

I brought it to another country with 220voltage, I hesitate to use it for the first time (the adapter is very light compared on the original 110V wii adapter) on my 110v nintendo wii but it works very well for 3 weeks now. I just have to turn off the console every 2 or 3 hours for 10minutes break to avoid overheating, though it does not heat that much just for safety.
UPDATE: After of almost 1 year using it, it still works for me :)
