This was a gift for my boys for Christmas, and we were really excited about the easy to use design. However, when we went to use it for the first time, it did not charge 2 of the 4 battery packs. After a little experimentation we determined that it was the battery packs and not the charging units. I have contacted Konnet to see if they will provide me with two new functional battery packs. I'll let you know how it goes. If they don't get back to me however, I will be returning the item as defective to Amazon before the Jan 31st deadline.
Update: Konnet replied to my email within 3 days and has issued me a RMA to return/replace the unit. I have my fingers crossed.
