This silicone skin is exactly what I was looking for.
Pros: good quality material; easy to clean; increases traction for safety; clear (translucent) material allows me to see through to the balance board underneath; very good custom fit stays snug; excellent quality, especially at this price.
Cons: none that I can think of.

This cover fits perfect on the Wii board I really recommend it to any one who wants to protect their balance board and it gives you a better grip on your feet.

This product is well made, and it fit nice and snug on the balance board. It has little raised bump "footprints", and I found these to be annoying and uncomfortable. Some people like this feature, me... not so much.

I was purchasing this product to 1. protect my balance board from getting dirty, which it does; and 2. to give me a little more for my hands to grip when doing push-ups. It doesn't provide the grip that I thought it would, my hands slide all over the place so it's really difficult to actually do the push-up. I may just end up buying a yoga mat and setting that on top. :(
