This charge station contains a four-space cradle that allows you to charge and rest four remotes in an upright position. Also included are four rechargeable 1800mAh batteries, which are enclosed in a mold that you can attach to the back of your Wii Remote. The Quadruple Charger Station is powered by a USB cable that attaches from the AC adaptor connection (located on the back of the device) to a USB port on the Wii Console or on a computer. | |

Works well May 26, 2010
By P. Miller The charge stand comes with 4 battery packs and a USB cable. It is designed to plug into the back of the Wii, which might NOT be what you want based on your setup. I would have preferred if it came with a regular AC cable to charge the remotes elsewhere.
You cannot charge the batteries outside of a Wiimote. They do not fit into the charge stand by themselves. Also, the Wiimote cannot have the motion plus adapter or any other sleeve attached to it when charging as it won't fit in the charger base station.
Also, it is designed to charge two or four remotes at a time. Remotes can only be charged in pairs, so if you have 1 or three, this won't work well for you.
There is an LED light around the base of the unit that is on all the time. There is a power switch on the back of the charger that will turn off the LED (and the charge function.) I would prefer the option to disable this "feature" as the Wii is in the room with my home theatre and the light can be distrating while watching movies.
Overall, it works as advertised, I just wish it could be a LITTLE bit more versitile.

By M. Dircks I bought this charger for my husband's Wii, the biggest consumer error I ever made. The price was fair or it would have been if it had lasted longer than a month. After a month it turned on but wouldn't charge any of the remotes.

misleading, disappointing Jun 06, 2011
By corbi The picture is very misleading...I assumed I was getting what is shown in the LEAD picture, but it's just a charger. You have to removed the silicone cover in order to place the remote on the charger, you have to have the Wii turned on in order for them to charge, and you have to jiggle and wiggle the remote in order to get them in just the "right" place to charge. Boo.

Worthless Design Jun 02, 2011

This is a piece of junk. It is very cheap and does not charge very quickly. It stands the remotes up and they are frequently losing contact with the charging element. I have to stick something under the base so it leans backwards and even then I often have a remote that doesn't line up just right. Now I have to get a new one as this one is past the return date. Do yourself a favor. DON"T GET THIS ONE>>>MOVE ON. I wish I could give it negative one star.

Worst designed product ever - did they even test it out???? Jan 11, 2011
By Kurt M. Kontour This charger is the stupidest thing I've ever come across. I almost never write reviews, but this time I hated the product so much that I just have to warn people. It works so so if you don't use the wrist bands. With the wrist bands on, the remotes don't fit in the charger. I notice they picture it without them. It MIGHT save you batteries if you can get it to actually charge anything. Good luck if you already bought it.
